Abstract

The present article wishes to promote the Erasmus+ Mobilities amid librarians, by realizing a short

introduction of what this program is and to whom is adresssed,, in order to encourage them to attend

in an active way, by willing to improve their both professional and personal skills after these job related

experience exchange. The first part of this article reveals the reasons why librarians should attend this

mobility, followed in the second part by the benefits of attending to this European project: professional

development, personal development cultural development for all the attendees.
